The second largest of our four accommodation houses, a four story building has been divided into four separate flats that vary from sixteen to nineteen bedrooms depending on the style of room. By incorporating Standard, Ensuite and one Studio room.
There is a large common room that enjoys ample natural light and provide a perfect place to socialise with your friends and flatmates. Each room includes a study area, a wash basin and which in turn features a number of kitchen appliances, a sofa, table and TV. Heating and internet access are included in the cost of the room.
Each room is fully furnished with a double bed, study area, wardrobe and a 32-inch TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Internet is available in every room and heating can be controlled individually in bedrooms and hallways.
A communal kitchen is available for use by each flat with an oven and hobs, fridge and freezer, kettle and microwave. There is also an open plan living room, complete with comfortable sofas, another TV and a large dining table and chairs that makes these areas ideal for eating and socialising.
The Studio room features all of the same appliances as a Deluxe but with the addition of a kitchenette that features an oven and hobs, fridge, freezer and a kettle. This makes it an ideal choice for busier students or those who prefer some extra privacy.
