Booking a room requires an upfront payment; £140.00 deposit to protects damages in your room & flat returned after tenancy if no damages occur, £15.00 deposit protection fee (non-refundable) and one month's rent upfront.
All bills are included at an extra cost of £100.00 a month on top of your rent apart from TV licence in the bedrooms which you have to buy personally if needed.
Hull has a wide option for parking cars if you do require the use of a car during your stay, please contact us to discuss the options available alternatively check out the location page for car parks close by. For visitors, the King Williams House car park is only a few minutes' walk away and provides secure parking at a small cost.
Pacific Court offers laundry facilities on site, with both washing machines and tumble dryers available for use of tenants. You will be informed as to the location of these facilities when you arrive. The laundry facilities do cost £5.00 in total for washing and drying and accessible via a fob system.
If your fire alarm sounds, please leave the property via fire exit and move to the designated fire assembly point. You will be notified of the fire assembly points and the fire protocol when you move in. We conduct scheduled alarm test which happen Thursday 10.30am every week. The fire protocol is placed on the back of all room and flat doors please make yourself aware of these.
The Hull Paragon Interchange being a ten-minute walk away has an excellent visitor centre in the centre, which can provide a guide to explore Hull. Information will always be available from students and residents at Pacific Court.
