About us: History

Originally used as a trading centre and warehouses for the grain and seed trade. In 1901 the property featured a large trading hall, company office and a large board room, furthermore in 1970 transformation happened the board room became a luncheon club and bar and the trading hall became squash courts. The early 1990's saw the site repurposed as accommodation in the centre of Old Town. Pacific Court blends contemporary, city-centre accommodation with the industrial character of Hull's Old Town. Dating back to 1829, our four buildings encompass a modest courtyard, each offering different period features from its history.
