Maintenance & Complaints Form

If a tenant is not happy and has a complaint or maintenance issue to report, they can fill out the form to their right about their concerns or issues they are having. This form is then forwarded to the Pacific Court Management Team in the office so they can provide support and organise for this to be dealt with by the correct members of staff.

All concerns and issues have to be put in writing either on the form to the right, email or a letter written to the Management Team. We deal with our complaints, maintenance and issues in writing so all parties have copies and responses.

We are happy to hold meetings to discuss any issues further during these meetings notes will be taken, written up and email to the parties involved, this normally takes up to 4 days to complete.
