En-suite rooms divided into two buildings on our property, both buildings are divided into four floors containing two types of En-suites with communal kitchens and living spaces
En-suites are fully furnished with a double bed, built in desk with 32-inch TV and shelves, built in wardrobe, En-suite bathroom furnished with shower facilities, toilet and sink with shelves & mirror. Communal kitchens/ living spaces are furnished with ovens, hobs, sinks, fridge/freezer, kettles, toasters, microwaves, table and chairs with TV on bracket.
All bills are included in our marketing price excluding TV licence in the bedrooms.
The facilities our property has to offer is a range of communal areas such as: gym, games room, cinema room, meeting/study room, management office onsite & lobby.
We have free WIFI access, Ethernet connection, inside and outside bike storage, laundry facilities and communal cleaners once a week to do their daily cleans around the property. Room cleans can be provide with extra costs – ask the management team about this.
