Standard rooms provide you with the basics and everything you need plus a shared kitchen/ living space based in Old Town Hull. You’re local to shops, pubs, the market and the interchange providing transport in and around Hull.
The standard rooms situated in our building are divided into four floors containing En-suites and standard bedrooms with communal bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.
The standards are fully furnished with a double bed, built in desk area with shelves, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sink unit with storage underneath. Communal kitchens are fully furnished with ovens, hobs, fridge/freezers, kettles, toasters, microwaves, table and chairs with TV on bracket.
All bills are included in our marketing price excluding TV licence in the bedrooms.
The facilities our property has to offer is a range of communal areas such as: gym, games room, cinema room, meeting/study room, management office onsite & lobby.
We have free WIFI access, Ethernet connection, inside and outside bike storage, laundry facilities and communal cleaners once a week to do their daily cleans around the property. Room cleans can be provide with extra costs – ask the management team about this.
