The studio apartments are in a building that is most generous in our property, divided into four floors containing standards with communal kitchens and living spaces, studios and one bed flats.

Studios are fully furnished with a double bed, built in desk with 32-inch TV and shelf, built in wardrobe, En-suite bathroom furnished with shower facilities, toilet and sink with shelf & mirror. Kitchenette is furnished with oven, hobs, sink, under counter fridge/freezer, kettle and extractor.

All bills are included in our marketing price excluding TV licence in the bedrooms.

The facilities our property has to offer is a range of communal areas such as: gym, games room, cinema room, meeting/study room, management office onsite & lobby.

We have free WIFI access, Ethernet connection, inside and outside bike storage, laundry facilities and communal cleaners once a week to do their daily cleans around the property. Room cleans can be provide with extra costs - ask the management team about this.
