  1. How do I Book?

    If you’re interested in reserving a room or would like to scheduling a viewing, you can reach us via our contact us page, on info@pacificcourt.com email or call us on 01482 323 832. Booking a room requires an upfront payment, if you are a student you pay the following; £140.00 deposit to protects damages in your room & flat returned after tenancy if no damages occur, £100.00 an advance payment of rent deducted from the final payment and £15.00 deposit protection fee (non-refundable).

  2. Are all bills included?

    All bills are included at an extra cost of £100.00 a month on top of your rent apart from TV licence in the bedrooms which you have to buy personally if needed.

  3. Where can I do My Laundry?

    Pacific Court offers laundry facilities on site, with both washing machines and tumble dryers available for the use of residents. You will be informed as to the location of these facilities and how to operate them when you arrive. The laundry facilities do cost £5.00 in total for washing & drying and is accessible via a fob system.

  4. How to report maintenance issues?

    In the event of a fault or issue in your room, flat or communal facilities, you can either email info@pacificcourt.com or complete the maintenance form on the contact us page. Our maintenance team will deal with the issues within the correct time frame.

  5. What do I do if the fire alarm goes off?

    If your fire alarm sounds, please leave your room promptly and move to your designated fire assembly point. You will be notified of your fire assembly point, as well as fire protocol, when you move in. We may conduct scheduled alarm tests and will inform you ahead of time if these are to take place. The fire protocol is placed on the back of all room and flat doors which you need to make yourself aware of this.

  6. Where can I store a bike?

    Bicycles are one of the quickest, healthiest and most environmentally friendly ways of travelling around Hull. We have a bike rack inside the accommodation in building two that provides a safe and convenient place to store your bike while it's not in use.

  7. Where can I park my car?

    Hull has excellent public transport with frequent buses passing through nearby stops but we try encourage residents to make use of this where they can. If you do require the use of a car during your stay, please contact us to discuss the options available. For visitors, the King Williams House car park is only a few minutes’ walk away and provides secure parking at a small cost.

  8. Who is in charge of the cleaning?

    Cleaning staff work across all our accommodation sites to keep kitchens and other communal areas clean, however we do ask that you treat this service with respect and keep these areas tidy. (Cleaning staff are not tasked with doing your washing up.) Bedrooms are the responsibility of residents, although we do also offer a room cleaning service for a small fee, which can be organised by contacting the office. We also ask that residents take responsibility for rubbish in both bedrooms and communal areas and do not leave bins to pile up for the cleaning staff.

  9. What Shops, Pubs & Food places are around us?

    For a list of places around us check out the locations page. We have a variety of different shops, pubs and places to eat around us giving tenants many options.

  10. Where can I find more information about Hull city?

    The Hull Paragon Interchange being a ten-minute walk away has an excellent visitor centre in the centre, which can provide a guide to explore Hull. Information will always be available from students and residents at Pacific Court.

We at Pacific Court understands that moving to university can seem a daunting prospect for anybody more so international students who are travelling to a new city but also a new country. Video tours of our accommodation are available via Skype and WhatsApp; we understand it is unlikely that students from overseas will be able to view the property in person.

Our staff members are happy to help with any issues that you may encounter during your stay in Hull, anything from travelling to university to finding local shops and stores. We are working alongside funliving.com to ensure your journey to Hull will be both enjoyable and rewarding.

Rent payments can be paid in different ways; one way is in three instalments throughout the contract, one every term of the academic year or to pay their annual fees as a one off payment at the beginning of the contract which most residents choose to do. This payment method results in 5% discount compared to paying in three instalments over the tenancy.
